アドバイスができるほどの経験値はありませんが私なりの意見でよければ…
ブルベを走る上で脚力はもちろんですが、それと同じぐらいスケジューリングが大事だなと思いました。
(何時までに〇km地点を通過する……的なやつです)
事前に細かくペースを決めておけば遅れた時にもペースの再配分がしやすくなるからです。
特に走る距離が長くなればなるほど大事になってくると思います。
私はPBPでは大雑把な時間配分しか考えていなかったため、結果的に睡眠時間をカツカツに抑えたライドになってしまいました…
あとはウェアやバッグ類、ライトなどの装備は良い物を惜しみなく揃えてください！
ロングライドにおいて快適さは重要です‼︎

お疲れ様です。私もPBPを目指してブルベ400kmまで走りましたが、300kmや400kmでは走行中に意識が飛ぶことがあり、かとって仮眠できるほど速くはないということでPBPは諦めました。
私も毎回まとまった仮眠をとる余裕は無く、400や600kmの時は眠気が来たら道端で座り込んだり、ガムを噛んで眠気を飛ばして誤魔化しつつ走ってます。
PBPでは食事所で机に伏せて仮眠することができ、私のスタイルに合っていたため何とかなりました。
6300 melvilさんにも是非ともPBPを目指していただきたいです。
私も次回参加できたら時間内完走を目指します！

お手洗いに関しては基本的にPCで済ませてました。
道中に公衆トイレもありましたが、私が見つけた限りでは数える程しかなかったのでほとんど当てにならないと思います。
言語スキルがあればお店でトイレを貸してもらえるかもですね。(私はスキル皆無なので無理でした…)
2回ほど小さい方が我慢出来なくなった時があり、その時は路肩の草むらで…です。
結構その辺の草むらで用を足してる人は多いので、脇にそれて休憩する際には足元に注意が必要かもです…笑
